This agreement is made between: Publisher: Loris Media Group (Hereafter referred to as the Publisher) and Advertiser / Business:

Purpose:

The Publisher agrees to include the Advertiser’s business information and advertisement design on custom laminated 8.5” × 17” placemats displayed in participating restaurants as part of a 12-month local community advertising program.

 

Term:

The advertisement will appear on all placemats printed for the Official Host Partner Restaurant(s) for a continuous term of twelve (12) months, beginning on (to be determined) and ending on (to be determined).

 

Publisher Responsibilities The Publisher agrees to:

● Professionally design, print, and distribute the placemats to all host restaurants listed under this program.

● Maintain placement of the Advertiser’s ad for the full 12-month term. ● Replace worn or damaged placemats as needed throughout the display period.

● Notify the Advertiser if a host restaurant closes, changes ownership, or can no longer display placemats, and relocate the ad to a comparable participating restaurant if possible.

 

Advertiser Responsibilities The Advertiser agrees to:

● Provide accurate business information, logos, and artwork by the submission deadline.

● Approve a final design proof prior to printing.

● Submit full payment for the ad size selected (see Section 5) at or before proof approval.

 

Ad Size and Rate Ad Type Dimensions 12-Month Rate Notes:  

1) Premium Banner (Large) approximately 10–12″ W × 2.25–2.5″ H $337.00 (Exclusive top or center placement)

2) Showcase Feature (Mid-Size) approximately 3.75–4″ W × 2.25″ H $187.00 

3) Business Card (Small) approximately 3.5″ W × 1.5″ H $125.00 

 

Payment Terms:

Full payment is due upon signing of this agreement and prior to print production. All sales are final once printing begins, as space is reserved and guaranteed for the full term.

 

Commitment & Continuity The Advertiser understands and agrees that:

● The Publisher has secured Official Host Partner restaurant(s) for the full 12-month period. 

● Ad placement will remain active and visible in those venues for the duration of this agreement.

● In the rare event of restaurant closure or unforeseen change, the Publisher will make reasonable efforts to transfer the advertisement to another participating location of equal exposure.

 

Ownership & Use

● The Advertiser retains ownership of its logos and trademarks.

● The Publisher retains ownership of the placemat design and layout.

● Advertiser grants permission for the Publisher to use their logo in promotional materials related to the placemat project or community sponsor listings.
